ABOUT US Kingdom Industrial Recruitment Ltd is an Industrial Recruitment Specialists. We cover a wide variety of sectors within the Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire area. We pride ourselves on the supply of labour and services within: Warehouse, Logistics, Production/Manufacturing and Retail. From our offices based in Bedford we help local businesses find local people. We aim to forge long standing partnerships by understanding our customers and becoming an extension to their business. By adopting this approach, we can offer a tailor made and bespoke recruitment solution based on each individual client needs. We are open, honest and transparent in our approach to both clients and candidates.
OUR STORY Kingdom Industrial Recruitment Ltd was formed by Joseph and Memory after seeing a need for a specialist Recruitment Service. Together we have years experience in the supply of temporary and contracted labour into the industrial market across Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire area. We noticed the Bedford and surrounding areas lacked a more local, experienced and proactive provider within the different sectors. From our experience working in the Bedfordshire market, we realised there was an opportunity to build our own recruitment business using our skills and experience. This approach enables us to adapt our service model driven around our core values of: Honesty, Passion, Proactivity and Ethical approach. Being privately owned, we can be more flexible in our approach than our competitors and are able to make immediate decisions for the interests of our clients and candidates alike.
OUR VISION Joseph and Memory are looking to build on their reputation within the area and create a more long standing and sustainable partnerships with local business’. We believe what separates ourselves from the rest is our ability to understand individual client needs and requirements. We want to get to know our customers better, their trends, their company values and ethos. We want to be a trusted and valued recruitment partner regardless of client’s size or spend.
